Privacy Statement

Gun Gamers Productions LLC. will not share any client information with any party except as necessary for ticket sales services, event insurance, and venue rentals. Any other use of client information is to be at the sole discretion of clients, who may opt in or out of advertising offers at any time.

Waivers

Gun Gamers Productions LLC. will require all participants to sign a formal waiver for our events and for our facilities before participating in our events. Failure or refusal to sign a waiver before beginning of play will be grounds for immediate ejection without refund, and a potential ban from future Gun Gamers Productions LLC. events.

Ticket Sales & Refunds

All ticket sales are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another player at the discretion of the ticketholder. All ticket transfers must be communicated with event staff via email at gungamerproductions@gmail.com with the full name, date of birth, mailing address, and contact information of both the ticketholder and the player receiving the transferred ticket provided so that event staff may properly update the roster.

Refunds will be issued only by Gun Gamers Productions LLC. in the event that a game must be canceled, postponed, or moved. All participants in this case will have the option to receive a refund, transfer their ticket to another player, or transfer their ticket to the new date, new venue, or another event in the future.

Media

By attending Gun Gamers Productions LLC. events, you agree that your image and likeness may be used in marketing materials for the promotion of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. services and products.

Players and photographers present may be using recording equipment, either on behalf of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. or independently. All media created on behalf of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. by photographers, videographers, etc. in the employ of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. is subject to copyright by Gun Gamers Productions LLC.

All logos, branding, published documents, and media created on behalf of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. are the intellectual property of Gun Gamers Productions and subject to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Any unauthorized duplication of logos, branding, published documents, or media for commercial purposes outside of fair use without permission will be pursued.

Gun Gamers Productions LLC. does not control media produced independently by participants, and cannot be held liable for actions, representations, images, statements, or opinions contained within independent media.

All statements from staff while not acting directly in the employ of Gun Gamers Productions LLC. do not necessarily represent the opinions or beliefs of Gun Gamers Productions LLC.
